Resolution often requires a bit of give and take from both sides, seeking alternative solutions when there are problems and working out what the core requirements are.

Onyx has adopted the ‘Project Management Body of Knowledge’ (PMBOK) as our framework for project management, however we are equally as adept at adopting other frameworks, such as PRINCE2 or our clients own framework.

As each client and project is different, Onyx strongly believe in this flexible approach and are able to modify our project management practices to suit each client.  For project management of software development projects, we are just as flexible, with experience in the traditional “waterfall” method, rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies such as SCRUM.
