HIERARCHICAL STRUCTURE
Chief supports hierarchical organisation of your points in a tree structure, much like files and folders on a computer. This facilitates ease of access by laying out points based on geographical or operational requirements. Points in Chief can also be symbolically linked to other points, much like files on an operating system. This high degree of flexibility makes it easy to create custom views of your system for operations, maintenance and planning purposes.
